Mr. Arif Rizvi brings nearly 30 years of international experience in finance, operations, and capital raising. He has held senior leadership positions across banking, consulting, and social impact organizations on three continents.
He began his career with Siam Commercial Bank and ABN Amro in Mumbai and the Netherlands, before moving into senior financial leadership roles in the United States. For nearly a decade, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Enclude (formerly ShoreBank International), where he led the finance unit supporting entrepreneurship and inclusive finance initiatives worldwide. His work spanned financial strategy, regulatory compliance, audits, capital raising, and aligning organizational mission with business goals.
Since 2019, Mr. Rizvi has been Chief Financial Officer of Community Housing Capital (CHC), a leading U.S. community development financial institution. At CHC, he oversees financial risk management systems, treasury operations, credit quality, compliance, and administration, while also playing a key role in capital raising and strategic planning. He serves on the organization’s credit quality, staff loan, and pricing committees.
Mr. Rizvi holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University.
