Reena Ranjan is an Assistant Professor at Amaltas College of Education with over eight years of teaching experience.
Currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Education at Usha Martin University, Ranchi, her research focuses on the implementation challenges of technology-enabled pedagogical processes in secondary education under NEP 2020. She holds advanced degrees in both Science and Education, including an M.Sc. in Botany, M.Ed., B.Ed., and M.A. in Psychology.
Prior to joining Amaltas, Reena had taught at DRPSPM Bihar Vidyapeeth and Women’s Training College (Patna University). She has also served as a resource person in teacher training programs.
Her academic contributions include research publications in peer-reviewed journals, such as studies on creativity and inclusive education, and presentations at numerous national and international conferences. She is actively engaged in professional development, having completed multiple Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs) on innovative pedagogy, research analysis, and teacher education.
